Our general terms and conditions
These conditions apply to all quotations, work, deliveries and services of Baarn Groep. Deviations from these conditions are only binding if agreed in writing.
Quotes
All quotations are without obligation, unless expressly stated otherwise.
Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
Execution of work
Baarn Groep strives to carry out work within the agreed deadlines, but cannot be held liable for delays beyond its control.
Payment
Payment must be made within 14 days of the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed.
In the event of late payment, Baarn Groep has the right to suspend the work.
Liability
Baarn Groep is not liable for damage resulting from inaccuracies in the information provided by the customer.
Claims for damages must be reported in writing within 7 days of discovery.
Warranty
Baarn Groep offers a guarantee on the work performed as recorded in writing in the quotation.
Disputes
These terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
